He is great kokeshi craftman in Japan. His work cannot compare with other kokeshi. We believe that it's his original and high grade of art work. This one is carved red and yellow leaves boldly.The facial expression is soft. It's one of popular doll in our shop.

Since then kokeshi craftn's skills to make grains and paint was so developed that kokeshis became ornamental dolls.
