The koekshi,Harunokaze means spring winds, is Japanese craft work.
The kimono is pink color like a cherry blossom in Spring.
The doll has ribbon on its head.
It is very simple but the design is sophisticated.
We believe that the kokeshi become popular doll in our shop.

Made in Japan
Their origin was in Edo era (1603A.D. - 1867A.D.) as souvenirs for the injured at hotsprings.
Since then kokeshi craftsmen's skills to make grains and paint was so developed that kokeshis became ornamental dolls.
